| Many of these units were built in the 1970's and 1980's. They are typically 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with about 1300 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Prices also vary with view and with higher floors costing more. |
Starting Price of $1 million up to $30 million. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach will be
the most affordable beachfront single-family homes. Marco Island has a very limited number of beachfront homes. Naples will tend to be
the most expensive of the beachfront homes. Fort Myers and Cape Coral do not have beachfront homes.
